Came earlier at 11.20am so restaurant was fairly empty. We ordered the lunch sets and each of us chose different sides so we could share. The ramen lunch set at $18.50 was nice, gave us a choice of the doness of the noodle. Medium was considered al dente. For me, found the ramen size more for kiddo portion but the taste and presentation was good. Considering I am allergic to MSG, I didn't feel thirsty as I normally do after a ramen soup intake. The chicken karrage was a decent size but it was overly seasoned in my opinion. Liked the salad. Set came with a drink and we chose hot green tea. Was surprised that they gave us a teapot each. Overall impressed with the young waitress and the staff on board. Friendly and attentive. Made us feel welcome even though we did not want to order via the QR code.

Ordered their signature ramen, a kid’s set (which is a smaller ramen set) and some bar snacks. The food is formally okay. The plum tomato is pretty good. Staff is pretty friendly too and accommodating with kids.
Not bad at all. They have quite a selection of ramen dishes. Wife was craving for takoyaki and the ones we had were good. The cucumber dish was ok. The price was also good knowing that we're in Holland V. There is happy hour!
I had such a great dining experience at Ippudo, thanks to the exceptional service from John. He noticed I was wearing a white shirt and, without me asking, offered me an apron to keep it clean—such a thoughtful touch! Throughout the meal, he was attentive, quick to respond, and always wore a warm, genuine smile that made me feel really comfortable. It’s small gestures like these that make a visit truly memorable. I am writing this because I believe all the good service and that great attitude deserves to be seen, thank you John, see you again!
A lovely joint at One Holland Village with the service crew doing their best to manage the lunchtime crowds. Food wise is of high standards expected of Ippudo. The design of the mall means it can get pretty hot during the clear skies afternoon weather. The parking while nothing to do with Ippudo is something to consider as its pretty jammed up during lunch time with lousy flow of cars due to the location and design.
